W/D Size for 300G???

EH, at this point I am going to give it a try and see how it turns out.
If a local company had a filter big enough for it , I would buy it tomorrow and filler up...:headbang2
 
sorry falling asleep last night kinda didn't make sense. I meant that you have seen where my tanks are at my house and thats it's not actually in the house like yours. had to much bugs and dust going into the sump.
 
I did notice you had covers on your w/d. I dont have any cover on the w/d I have. Some did come with a cover, but with the cover on there is a buzzing/humming sound.

So would you say that was the only down side to the home made w/d compared to store bought with a cover.

The only thing I got to worry about getting into the filter is pussy hair. uhmmmmm cat hair:ROFL:
 
Looks good! As long as the overflows are level I don't see where there would be a problem. I would try to match the 2 as evenly as possible as far as plumbing and flow goes.

One thing I would suggest is building a box around the totes to keep them from flexing because without support they'll bow out if the power fails.
