Greetings all,
no doupt i'm living the worst day in this hobby ever...just wanted to share my saddness with people who care...
....i still can't figure out how she jumped over the cover net and died above it.
This arow was the biggest of my 3 and my 2ed bigger fish in the pond after the RTC.
So you can't be sure if you have an arow in a pond, neither with a cover net.
I'm almost think to quit everything after that...
scrape that mud of ur pants and get back in the game bro! sorry for ur loss how in the hell did he do that u had it completely covered! from the picture angel atleast

Thanks for that, it was encouraged!
I honestly can't explain what happened..the pond is more than covered.
I was pretty sure from the day i built that pond that with the cover net i'll never have an arow-jumping-problem.
What can i say...i used to have a commando arow..
great thread and nice pond, i am also sorry to hear a bout your loss, you will always be able to get another great aro for your pond,
and never give up because of a loss it only makes you stronger
2 questions. Why is your water yellow. And two how constant is you water quality with the small amount of bio filtration for so many large fish? I just ask because for my 1500 build my bio filter has about 200gal of scrubbies.
glad to see i couold inspire someone with my ghetto pond but now that i am back lurking on this forum i se alot of people have gone my ghetto route... and for the record i took my pond down because of almost a 3 day power outage in the winter where i lost alot of stock pond never leaked for me
