We only have limited geos... Satanoperca leucosticta is the only satanoperca available. We have streindachneri and a number of altifrons variants and similar like abalios. Brasiliensis and rio tapajos are available and There were a few gynogeophagus balzani I around years ago but not see for ages. That's about it. The irony is it is illegal to import any of these fish now but ok to breed an distribute those already here within the aquarium trade. I intend to one day retire with my wife to the philippines who I believe are ok with importation... Only got to wait 20 years! Lol

This thread is ridiculous. If he has really waited that long for the fish he wants, then it's worth whatever amount of money he's willing to pay for it. ;) good luck with the FH dude.
 
1000 dollars!! That is way too much. My most expensive fish is my BP and it was 25 dollars.

I'm not a big fan of FH, but it sounds like you are excited to get it so I would. At that price though, I would definitely make it an investment with returnable income(breeding).

I would spend $20k on an FC rx-7 because I love them so much, but to most they are a $4k car.

LOL oscaroo be quite. Its his money and his life he can do whatever he wants and if he really wanted that fish and is happy good for him no need to judge the Guy. And no one cares about what your most expensive fish thats not what was. Being asked. I say good for you and it looks gorgeous. I agree with bottom feeder and you should try to breed him/her. People are crazy.

the only input i really have is if i'm dropping in the k's. im getting pairs... ide get him a girl sooner rather then later... tbh with the inbreeding ide get an unrelated female and line breed from that....
