Trust me, I am kinda hopeful. the thing is they do a lot of oddball fish but his polypterus knowledge doesn't stretch that much farther than your basic sen/ropefish/del/ornate and since mokes used to be known as retros, you see where my smartass comment comes from lol. However I did tell him 'Zair Green' just to be sure after it got botched the first time, so I guess I took away more/less any chance of another mishap lol

while moke used to be known as retro, it's never been imported under that name to a typical supplier/LFS (i.e. if you order 'retropinnis' from a LFS, you'd never get a moke). What you would get if you order 'retropinnis' is palmas polli. So it's a good thing you specified 'Zaire Green' to lower the chance of a mix-up. Also, i've seen retropinnis popping up more and more at LFS and labeled correctly as such nowadays, so chances of getting the right one is much higher now.

any chance they'd order one for you? fairly inexpensive for them to ship in and relatively popular fish because they're so different than everything else
