you kno u make wal-mart sound so bad and say how much u hate it, but ur still buying your fish from there. your jsut giving them more reasont to keep getting fish in and mistreating them. You say ur saving them but aslogn as you guys buy fish from there theres till going to jsut get more in. dosnt seem to me liek there the dumb ones at all there making profit.

The only time I'd consider a fish rescue is if the price is asked to be lowered depending on the health condition (with a guarantee they will never be responsible for what will happen to the fish once you buy them) or when given away.
i have NEVER bought fish from walmart before. this is a first. only because the woman let some random guy take the puffers out of water so he could watch them puff up. seeing as this could possibly kill them and the guy kept harassing the fish. i felt so horrible for them that i took them all right then.

I bought a bunch of random fish from walmart once, some angelfish, flounder, mollies, crab, african frog... just a bunch of fish and stuff. The lady that was catching them started to put them all into one little bag. I said Ma'am could you please seperate the fish into different bags. She was kinda rude and said why? Aren't they all going into the same tank? I told her yes... She said then why do you need seperate bags? (annoying rude voice again) Since she was like that I didn't want to deal with her nor did I have enough time to explain her ignorance to her so I just said Ma'am, I'm the one paying for the fish, not you and if I want them in seperate bags you're going to put them in them. She said fine, did it and I left.
You know it's all about educating yourself I think... The people there are just trying to make a living, they don't give a crap about the fish. Sometimes you can pick up a nice random find there so I try not to hate...

wow. people are so stupid... like i stated before, i should have called this thread the stupid woman at walmart. because she acted like she knew so much but really didnt. at all... i dont hate walmart because their stupidity is my gain.
