Step 1:buy an oscar, id shark, or pacu from Walmart. (Or several)!
step 2:power grow fish in step 1 for 89 days
Step 3:return massive fish. "The tag says they only get 6 inches!" For best results, get 10 pacu
step 4:???
step 5: profit

Don't do the above, im kidding. Its cruel for the fish. But, you gotta wonder what they were thinking when they made this policy.

I don't know either.
I used to have an aunt that worked at Me**er, and their policy for returned animals was to kill them.it's been a decade or so, so I don't know if it's still that way or not. I haven't shopped there since I heard that.
 
Yeah I returned an Oscar to Walmart and the girl was like "Ewww" I can never do it, "Can you flush it down the toilet in the restroom?", so I was like, "What? I'll just pocket the fish and say I flushed it", she just stared at me. So I went and flushed him down, he wasnt even sick or anything, I just changed my mind on him.
 
every one should buy pacu from walmart and then return em later to make a point in society on thjhere cruelty

Let's buy fish and be cruel to them, so we can prove a point about how cruel wal-mart is for selling fish. That'll work for sure.
