I wouldnt say random breeders, some fish are more random in breeding, they do produce more in certain seasons, but my female laid in the winter, and if the female doesnt want to invest her body to produce the eggs, she wont. What do you mean "worrying"? Your not going to have babies unless you want to and set them up and incubate, or leave them in the hide they choose to lay in and put that on the heated portion on the tank, but then they might not hatch, its a little more random that way. I am using a incubator to ensure the egg hatches, which it might not but who knows.
