you should've asked for an asian arowana or something!!! nice fish though. I've never seen that catfish before...

I wish I knew someone would pay that much for that cat. I know the distributer that they got it from. He had the pair of them there for a while. He offered them to me to $35 for both. Did you get the male or female? the males dorsal fin was huge. great looking cat.

Haha i knew you'd be jealous. Unfortunately no update pics. I am temporarily seperated from my beloved monsters. :( Although i didnt have to work to get it off of live foods (as i've read has been a problem). It took straight to massivore delight. i only wish that stuff wasnt $20 a bag and only in one lfs across town, but more than worth it to keep my fish happy.

You know the distributer? you're my new best friend. I'm pretty sure i got the male. Why did you pass up $35 for both?
 
It was ether them or this really cool looking coly ray, or thats what I think it is. Ya both had huge dorsal fins. he had them for a few months too I guess someone finally bought them. Email me at african.furcifer@gmail.com I can get you almost anything from south amarica right now. Most of it comes from peru but can get a few things from colombia and brazil.
