get the savannah.....i love niles but it's rare actually very rare to have a dog tame nile even if raised from babies. the savannah will become dog tame real easy

savannah are the best all around . They do not get as big as a nile easier to handle and you can get by with a 55 gal for a long time . i keep my pet in a watering Tank use for cows with lights and mesh covering on top

check it if you like the niles color or patterns check out a salvator water monitor. they get big like niles but tame down really nicely. I had a 7ft female that I raised from a baby and it was the tamist monitor i've owned...
