Had a white cheek freshwater moray, never used any salt, just trying to give you some flexability on maybe choosing other freshwater species to combine with the moray. Morays,both fresh, and salt feel more comfortable with their own cave, or hide out.

Sorry about not responding right away, had to take a break!!! Not sure about the Dovi , heard they are very,very aggressive. Kept my white cheek by himself it was in a smaller tank.
