I don't have space for a 55 gallon right now. The most I can handle at the moment would be the upgrade to a 29 gallon. Once I finish my basement I will have room for a 75 or even a 90 gallon if I want. For now I'd like to setup the 29 gallon as a growout tank for the next year or two so I'm glad to hear that I should be fine with two Warmouth.
And I'm going to purchase the Warmouth from Sachs Aquaculture online. The website does not allow you to choose Male or Female but if you talk to Paul or Jerome they should be able to hook you up with specific requests. I know they were able to do it when I ordered my Blue Spotted and Banded Sunfish.
