Here is another story of scam last three weeks I have had dealing with " redmonstar mfk member that bought my fish every were smooth he made payment 2 times with Paypal by sent as a gift first time were small amount and second time he paid the rest that a lot bigger amount so after payment is clear I shipped the fish and he received them safely then he told me that the fish is not look good ( ive been provide the picture also a lot of video ) so he told me to give him back the money I said I would have the fish back first then I can refund him the money then a day later he claim money back from Paypal by using reason that he didn't received the fish but I've all proved that he pick up them at the airport and sign for it also he texted me the night that he got them so Paypal gave me back money at this point I thought its over but yesterday got notice from Paypal that he got money back and took from my paypal so I called Paypal to find out what happen they said his bank was claim money back so under Paypal investigate is over because he claim to his bank account that the payment is not authorize also he sent money as a gift so I wasn't under seller protection buy Paypal give me an idea that I should have contact the police and his bank to find out that how he claim to the bank that he want authorize the payment,,right now he got money bank from his bank and refuse to ship back the fish also he is selling those fish on aquabid and mfk also ,, if anybody have same this issue with this person " Allen le " please contact maim going to contact his local police and his bank will see what happen if anybody have any idea to dealing with this case and get this guy to justice please do , I don't really care to get money back but don't want this happen to anybody else I know we are hate Internet fraud so please help,,, sorry if I post in wrong section but I would think " buy and sell thread " would be best to let people know how he scam ,,,please don't closed this thread early people should know,,I'm so sorry for post in wrong section and thank you for your time ,, we have seen a lot of scammer and the trick that we never thought of ,, so if you are selling don't let them pay as a gift from Paypal so they can claim to bank that they weren't authorize the payment and got money back ,, so wish me luck to get this guy Allen le I'm sure he lie to his bank that somebody used his credit card for payment but I have all prove " text ms also when he pick up the fish ,signature and etc from Paypal ) I'm sure I can have this case closed soon
