where? better not be local. if it is buy some and ship themLepisosteus platyrhincus;4765384; said:^heh, i just bought a box of 525 for 12 bucks!
110 is a great deal on the 5.45. even though its corrosive. who cares. i think only silver bear brand has 5.45 thats non military surplus.Vicious_Fish;4765393; said:5.45x39 is pretty cheap ammo too. I bought a spam can at a gun show a few months ago with 1,080 round for $110 bucks! That's basically 10¢ a round. Since then I can't find them for any cheaper than $150 a spam can. Still, $150 isn't a bad price at all. The only thing bad about this caliber is that I don't think anyone makes reloadable brass casings. Most I've found are steel.

thats the round im looking at when i get my rifle. maybe an ak 74. i can never find deals. the 150 for 1080 is the norm. thats still a dangerous round thats cheap.
the only rifle calibers im looking at are 5.45, .223, 7.62. the more common rounds that have punch for cheap.
