Yup. best combo for a short gun, i dont like that style as a field gun. It works out ok for turkey, but for other things its a pain.
I want an acr 6.8 kit. And some sort of bolt action high powered rifle that I can take zombies out from a mile away. Suggestions?

The problem is i found out the pins are bent or something. Because one of them came out bent, i didnt pull on it with a vice or nothing. Just a hammer and punch and it came out bent.

Wait pins? as in two? Why are you taking the whole rear sight mount off ? Most (Depends on date of production) of the time those are also soldered on also so you would have to put some work into removing that then just knocking out the set pins. I thought you where just talking the sight leaf to mount a readily available scope mount there.
My advice to you is get one of the non-destructive Long relief sight leaf mounts and also exorcise the Bubba out of your system. These are historic firearms and will retain value if ya do not wreck'em.

Im not damaging the gun or sight itself just might wreck one of the pins. also no signs of solder so i think i dodge a bullet there.

I would very very highly doubt that... Though I have seen one of them for sale about 5 years ago. Going price 95,000.00. I'll just stick with the SVD they are cheap at 5,000.00 to 14,000.00. SVD works just as well for intended use as the Walther.

There was a pair on AR15.com a year or two ago for only $75,000. They werent ever put into real production were they?
