yeah you really can't blame the salesmen when/if it's a management problem. a couple of time's i tried correcting a misnomer (never really been THIS effective) and they say they just write what the distr. tells them it is. but one time one of the plecos was miss numbered and they actually took a book out to correct it. that's pretty dedicated to quality IMO

There's a guy at a lfs that thinks he knows EVERYTHING. I asked a simple question, "How big of a tank do I need for a Jardini?" He snapped back, "What's a Jardini?!" I pointed to the fish labeled "Australian Arowana." He told me, "It would need a mimmum of a 75g tank and it's pronounced "jar-deen- i" Where I pronounced it as "jar-deen-ie" I told him I heard that they can get 2' so wouldn't I need a bigger tank than a 75g? He said it was the minimum tank size but I can be gengerous if I wanted to

I feel sorry for people like that because that's probably the only thing he has going in his life.
