All over the fishing trip, I can help arrange a fun fishing trip.....

I think between all the guys we are going to have a lot of great input! A fishing trip sounds fun, although, I'd have to get a Washington license too. WA has some great catfishing spots. There is one spot on the snake that right off the road drops to 10-15 feet. Haven't hit it up yet, but I will be this weekend hopefully.

Hey guys, just moved up here from Calif in March. I am in Bothell, just south of Mill Creek.
I'm in as long as my schedule will allow. I can't wait to meet some local MFKers here in WA.

Send me a PM or email with your contact info. That way I can send mass emails.

I'm in.
The Seattle Aquarium has many new exhibits. That might be a fun place to meet.

Seattle aquarium is pretty boring IMO. I think the point defiance zoo's aquariums are better. Vancouver's aquarium beats both hands down.

Checking in...I grew up in Spokane, but I now live in Sunnyside (Yakima Valley) where I teach high school. I know lots of great fishing spots in Eastern Washington. Western is the place to go for fish stores though. Occasionally NW seed and pet in Spokane has some good fish. Hey, does anyone know the best way to go about possibly selling a 13-14 inch FH over in Seattle. There isn't as much interest for them in Eastern Washington.

You just don't know where to look. Aquarium solutions, owned by Barbie (one of the big name pleco breeders) has a great selection of odd ball fish, although many are smaller guys. NW seed and pet has a 20" royal clown knife and 20" clown knife. Those two shops are both sub par though if you ask me. Evergreen pet is terrible, but I got a zebra pleco for $40 there last year. If you ever drop by there, ask them about it. :D There is also a shop down in Lewiston, ID, that has big fish regularly. Last month they had a 24" gibbi pleco, and a couple months back they had an 18" achara cat.

Ugh the Seattle Aquarium?????? :yuck: :thumbsdow

They don't have a "new exibit" just a new tank with the same old stuff. Pretty pathetic Aquarium IMO. You can go to MFK members houses and see better collections of fish.

The nearest decent Aquarium is the Vancouver Aquarium in BC, Canada

Yup^^^

This thread contains a photo of him. I am wondering what he might sell for?

Looks alright but he looks low grade (No offense intended). You will get very little for it or nothing. Maybe $20. That what the LFS might give you.

Agaian I don't mean to insult just an opinion. To me FH are over rated for their prices, it really comes down to how much you enjoy the fish no matter the quality or value.

if you want I can try asking around for you if anyone I know might be interested in it.
