I want to mildly plant my 180, but I think the Dovii that will be going into it will probalby just tear everything up. I was thinking about laying some Java fern mats over the driftwood or something. I'm also wondering about those ZooMed bendable branches for geckos etc, and if they would be ok in an aquarium.

I love how they ad "See the only aquatic toilet ine the Portland Area"

I was talking to the owner's son, and he said they built in store. Not sure though. I agree they are over priced, and a little crazy.

Tomorrow I'll call Extreme Marine, and talk to the guys... I'm going to see if they will place a big order of monsters (which I will probably put the list together for them) so that when we go, they will have exactly what we are looking for.

Wow, I can't believe I missed this, Thanks for the PM Chris. Hi, I'm in the Mountains near Cashmere, close to the Columbia River, Lake Chelan, Lake Wenatchee (dodging wildfires) and used to live in Grays Harbor-too weird, so Hi locals saw one in Wenatchee, Hoquiam and Montesano)

I'm late here, but this sounds really neat. Westport can be an awesome, I have had a place there for the past 20 years, usually cold and rainy, but I love it! Eastside now late in the evenings the winds blow warm, the water is warmer. There's good wildlife viewing, Muleys, Bighorn sheep.

The "behind the scenes" look behind the Aquarium sounds just fascinating, I hope something or more than one somethings can be arranged. I'm in.
Great to have you on board Mei!

Guys... This shop will be definitely on the trip... It is a short stop, and they have small tank (8x2x3.5' tank approximately) that has 7-9 silver aros, and 1 asian aro.

Hi, Have you ever walked the Westport jetty?:WHOA: Walking that entire thing is quite the workout but it is usually worth it. Catch some nice lingcod and crab from that jetty. I live in Hoquiam.
