Nahh. I prefer to jog between 11pm and 12am. Less people, less cars, less noise. Just me, my footsteps, and the hooker I bring home.

I leave the bycycle for the daytime cardio. My last ride was 78 miles.
And when I run, I usually do at least 6 miles. I try and keep in shape.
Gotta make sure my body looks good in my bacon bra, cuz my face sure as hell isn't helping.

I've seen every one of those vids btw chris....FACE!
