User is a risk if,
SORT BY SUM(

AVERAGE total deleted posts in the last two months is >
AVERAGE total deleted posts by all users, minus banned users

) +
(

AVERAGE total spam msgs iss >
AVERAGE total spam msgs by all users, minus AVERAGE false-positive spam msgs
)


Creates a list of users who are the most abusive for a quick glance, or automatic post throttling, if a user is in the top 10% of that algorithem they could also be presented with an captcha

Oh ok. I should of known what it was because i lerned in school a few years ago. But i for got lol.
