Praziquantel aka Droncit is an anthelmintic, highly effective as a dewormer, and highly ineffective when it comes to erradicating the vast majority of internal parasites found in tropical fish. Also effective in treating flukes (trematode) infections.

For deworming personally I prefer levamisole, but that's just me. http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/fa091
Metronidazole aka Flagyl is an antibiotic drug that was designed to treat anaerobic bacteria and internal parasites. (in humans) An absolute life saver for Giardia (Beaver Fever) infections. Don't ask me how I know that.
Metronidazole is also the #1 treatment within the aquaculture community if/when internal flagellated protozoa are suspected. http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/vm053
There is also what IMHO is a much safer, cheaper, and more effective "medication" available for IP's, even IF your fish is no longer eating, and which the OP should be able to find in India.

A recent quote from an MFK'er that saved his fish, by manually force feeding his flowerhorn this mix.
Hope it all works out for you ........
