well bro think you answered this one on your own. If the escondito and bonsai FH are the only two in the tank than they are the ones. Which one is male and female? From what you say I would guess the Bonsai FH is the female if it is the one doing the beating up. It is very common for FH females to get aggressive after mating and not let the male near the brood. That to me sound like what is happening. Fry should be interesting though worth growing out
