Could very well be an under fed Brycon however I'm more inclinded to say mature Ace. Falcatus. I've owned a few adults (8 inchers) in the past and they do very much get more robust with age, then the juvi pics we see on here.

I say brycon. We just got the same thing at work today. I am not sure what the boss ordered though.
YT and RT barracudas are available as well as "Pike African Tiger". I am assuming that the brycon was likely mixed up with one of these.
