wat should i feed my blue phantom?

i just got a blue phantom plec but was wondering besides brown alagea wich i have alot of in my tank wat should i feed him my other fish(silver dollars, red tailed payara, barracuda, juruense, and jurupari)all eat cut up silversides, massivore, spriluna flakes, color flakes and algae wafers but wat do blue phantom plecos eat?

My Green and Blue Phantoms love veggies: sweet potato, lettuce, green peppers, corn( clouds water). I tried apples, they dont seem to like it.
