I see recently that many people are either worried they will Kill/Remove their BB if you do more than 30% (Yes a 30% WC is too much, to some people-NOT ME-)What do you think are the best WC % that you use? What would you avoid?

PS: this was sparked by the WC Article in TFH
 
Usually try to do 30% water changes weekly, but not always possible. Then I do 50% if it has been two weeks
 
30 to 50% once a week works for me. And my fish.....
 
25-30% each week.
 
You're choices were poorly chosen. I change 50%+ every week or two.

me on my 29 right now im doing a water change every 2-3 days (usualy between 15-25 %):screwy: because i just got a few baby red bellied piranha and am using it as a growout until there big enough to go into my 150

my 150 i usualy do a 50% or more once weekly

ROFL Good one Cam, and if I did the whole 9yards well it might be alot of choices, Everyday, Never, 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100, week month Year?!?....etc
 
It depends what your goal is by doing water changes? Removing/reducing nitrates? Water clarity? Vacuuming solids from the substrate? Using a a test kit to monitor nitrates will let you know how much and how often to do water changes.
