sorry if this is in the wrong fourm but i have a 235 gallon tank so i figure i will change about 100 gallons a week. so thats about 400 gallons a month. on average (this is people with 200+gallon tanks) how much more is your water bill after you added your big tank?? like 5 10 dollars a month? (hope its not more than that i might have to chip in :WHOA:

honestly, I didnt even notice a difference. My water bill is nothing, but its the sewage that kills me.

Some citys have a program where they lower your sewage rate if you tell them that you water your lawn. then your sewage wont be affected by the actual water usage (as much). I am on that "program" and my water bill is constantly around $40 like it always was.

k thanks. as long as its not over 5 dollars no one will care thanks
BTW what size tank do you have?

You use like 50 gal every time you take a shower.

When I had to pay a water bill it was about $60 for the first 5000 gallons and the 2 cents for each additional gallon. I have since moved and no longer pay a water bill.

I relocated from WA to MS (company move) and my water bill dropped to 1/4 of what I was paying on the left coast. I have no idea what the usual household bill should be in MS. I change ~4,000gals a week and my bill is under $100/month
