Water changes

I do a 30 - 50% gravel vac change the 1st & 3rd weeks and flush my Ocean Clear canisters the 2nd & 4th weeks.

i picked 25% a week but i dont
i do like rally said,about 50% every 2 weeks
i do this on all my tanks
reason most of you need so many water changes is you over feed probably
i only feed about 3 times a week also
