I use a python... my dad uses a python... both have for like 6 years... works great... takes longer on my 90... but still does the job very efficiently...

I used to use a drill pump with a garden hose that well for me until i rigged up my return pump to flow to a drain. There under $10 and if you have a cordless drill your set.

get some vinyl tubing. start a syphon and drain away.

Thats what I do. 10ft length at 1.5" dia. and run it right out the window.

vinyl tubing for shorter distances, like 10-15ft or so
if you're looking at 50ft+, i think garden hose is better. vinyl tubing here costs $1/ft whereas a 50ft garden hose will run about $10, plus vinyl tubing is a bit stiff. it helps to have a powerhead to quickly pump water out. you can get a python if you have extra $$$, but to me it's not worth the price.
