Since its a new tank set in (2 months is hardly a bump, it is just beginning settle in) bacterial blooms like these are normal, and you will just need a little patience, and tank will come to equilibrium.
Just don't start fooling around changing things, by adding chemicals, changing out media or you will prolong these sort of events, and create new ones by meddling.

Get a liquid test kit with the glass tubes, the paper strips don't work very well.
I agree with duanes' advice. Tank is still getting established, possibly not finished cycling. Which would explain a bacterial bloom.

Sounds like an uncycled tank. You should definitely check for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates.
I've cycled my tank for 1 week before

I understand completey ...the media I would never switch out , I knw how you said no chems bit I am on my way to the store to get a test kit should I lick up prime I read good things about and other members wear by it , that' pretty much all of use of chemical products

Prime is always good to have to add to new water in water changes, although if your tank is cycled, no need to add to tank at random, if it is "not" cycled yet (and the tests should indicate to you if it is or not) then adding it could help.

thank you brother appreciate your help

It normally takes around 8 weeks to cycle a tank from scratch,
this is why i said your tank may just now starting to settle in.
1 week barely scratches the surface of growing an entire population of beneficial bacteria species, which is what a completely cycled tank means.
It means you have grown billions upon billions of the proper ammonia and nitrite consuming bacteria, which is impossible in 1 week, unless you seeded the tank with them
