What are the ammonia, nitrite levels? Are you using a sand substrate? Using anything that creates a lot of micro-bubbles giving the appearance of cloudiness?

How much light s on the tank, what is your lighting schedule??? could be an algae bloom, which will cloud the water. Or if your tank is close to a window, where it gets a lot of direct sunlight. Had a Convict breeding tank that stayed green constantly, cloudy as heck first because of that. The fish loved it, didnt hurt anything and they pumped out babies like rabbits, but it looked awful.
