Water filter for drip water change system

Not sure to be honest, I would assume so. Anything abnormal has a scientific label.
From what I'm told, carbon gives Cichla HITH.

Hmmm my cichla or discus have not gotten HITH from carbon...? I use a carbon block filter in my RO unit and tap water..had them for years no HITH. I believe that is one of those aquarium myths that keep circulating...like salt

But which one? One that filter chlorine or chloramine? Are those not two different filters?

Well, that sounds like that's what I'm getting then. I saw online that a chloramine filter also exists, which isn't something I'd considered getting before. I'm going to do more research before I set this up, but do I need any other sort of filter for this system, or can I go right from the wall to the filter to the tank?
