what evryone else said is true. there should not be any NH3 at all. you need to change 50% of the water. if you can get hold of a diatom filter to run on your tank it will clear up. also imo you are way over stocked. The ph seems a little high to me with those fish in there. if the tank gets any amount of light, even indirect sunlight it will cloud. also if your tank light is left on too long it may cloud the water due to bacterial bloom. I would reduce the amt of light and the amt you feed your fish. alot of times over feeding can be the cause. The tank is set up for only 2 months? usually takes that long to cycle depending on how its done. If you changed the water at any time during cycling it will prolong the cycle time. hope we have been of some help to you!!
