Water level falling? Evaporation or Leak?

Hey everyone I have a 55 gallon tank on my first floor. But what I notice is that the water level drops VERY VERY VERY slowly but it is still noticeable. Funny thing is that there are no leaks, i dont see any water on the floors and no water on or around the tank! could it be evaporation?

check your filter
i had a 10 gallon leak, it got out of the filter got onto the wall and started to drip

how slow is slow? All tanks will evaporate water some more than others

I see, i never knew evaporation happened so fast. I use a rena filstar xp3 and no water comes out of it.

It's a slow process

Every two days i see at least a cm of water gone

Last week sun, the water level was to the top, and now today, one week later monday, about 2.5 cm water is gone

yea dont sweat it, just sounds like evaporation

yeah sounds like evaporation, how long do your lights stay running, cut back on that, evaporation should slow
