If you don't actually want helpful advice, don't come here with questions. Poor water quality like this is because of your massive overstocking. There is probably a very good reason it is cloudy like that, but to know what that is, we will need more information. What size is the tank? What type of filter does it have? What is your water change schedule? How much/what do you feed? If you can tell us stuff like that, we might be able to help you, but if you continue to act like that, I doubt many will be willing to

My thoughts exactly. It's quite obviously ridiculously overstocked just from seeing the tank size in the picture w/o gallons but that might not be the water clarity issue.
What kind of filtration? A HOB or Canister that hasn't been cleaned out in a really long time (or not even a really long time since these fish all have an extremely heavy bioload) can cause this depending on the type of media in the filters. Any combination of lack of filter maintenance, wc, or being overstock w/ a heavy bioload could contribute to murky or foggy water.
Tank size? Bit more information definitely required to pin point a more accurate reasoning to the water clarity issue.

was your avatar picture taken recently? because the water doesnt look too clear in that picture either. Try better filtration, maybe that will help.
also the bare bottom approach wont help your situation.... I always get a bacterial bloom when starting a new bare bottom tank(which are notorious for bacterial blooms)
I believe it's because w/ a substrate usually at least some of the waste will be held within the substrate but bare bottom it takes something as simple as a fish swimming by to poof up the waste and then right to the filter and the mechanical media.
