Yes I'd say cut back on feeders, and do at least a 30% WC weekly. I try to stick to a routine of 25 to 30% every 7 or 8 days on our tanks. But I never feed live anymore but maybe once every 8 months or so.

the JD was purchased full grown and the previous owner fed only feeders so thats y i use live so often ive been trying to get him off of them but hes ate them for so long that its a pain to get him off, he doesnt like blood worms or freeze dried stuff
