Theres a large differance between the amount of filtration on a tank and the quality of that filtration.

How long has the tank been running?
What color if any is the haze?
How often are you cleaning out your filter pads?

how often are you changing your water and how much?
What kind of substrate are you using?
What kinds of fish? (especially bottom dwellers)

theres 3 5-7" stripers 2 small sunfish and 1 rockbass the filters are the cotton with carbon in them and the canister has 3 trays of the ( coton) filter and 2 of the trays have a bag of carbon in them

i change 50-60% every sunday i tried doing it more offen but it allways turns whitesh within 2-3 hours

You have a great deal of air in your water along with too much carbon in your filters.(you don't need any in the canister...replace it with bio-media. cut your water changes in half and limit them to 25%. You might also want to seriously concider replacing the two wisper filters with a single AC70.

sorry for all the stupid question i changed the air problem i had my outlet for my canister blowing over the air stone it was blowing the air everywhere they sell a bag of what looks like little pvc rings for my canister is this what i need to put in there

I've found that an effective way to clear up a tank's water is simply stop feeding for a week or two while doing bi-daily water changes.

In fact, it's a great remedy for various water problems. People tend to over-feed their fishes, which is a top precursor to a long list of water quality issues.
