I coudn't find the performance curve for the pump line I am thinking of using, but I did compare the pumps to the Quiet One line that had very close to the same gph and max. head. I found that if I use the Odyssea WP700 (almost the exact equivilent to Quiet One 3000) I would get just shy of 600 gph, but if I use the Odyssea WP1000 (equivilent of Quiet One 5000 in gph, but the wp1000's head is 13 ft., while the quiet one's is only 10.8 ft) I would get somewhere between 1000-1100 gph. I think this gives me some idea of what i need, even though it is surely not very accurate. So now all thats left to decide is 600 gph or 1100 gph. Whith the higher pump my tank would be at a total of 1764 gph for a turnover rate of 13x per hour. Keep in mind the the wet/dry is only an 18 gal rubbermaid tube with the drawer system described above. What are your guys thoughts?
