You need the liquid test. I would change at least 200 litres of water again today.

Once you get a API liquid nitrate test, you change enough water to keep it orange everyday, which is below 20ppm. I would test everyday with the liquid test and see how many days it takes to get to orange-red (20ppm-30ppm). If it's still orange by day 7, then do your normal water change, and stick with that routine. But this assumes you already have full grown fish and don't increase feeding/
