Alright where do I start. Ok to stay I have recently installed a in home water softening system . And also a TO system . would it be safe to use the water from any of these places to do a water change . I have African cichlids. And frontosa's. I also have the untreated water (pre soften).that goes to the sprinkler system that Ivan use.

For African cichlids,use the unsoftened water for sure.Just make sure you have a good ph,and you should be just fine.
