Water yellow...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I wouldnt think they would eat live fish much given their more placid nature. Not really a fish for aquariums anyway
Well when I first got him was when I was just starting this hobby. Didn't know much. He's a very slow grower so I have sometime to get a bigger tank or make my pond

If you cant view the tank from the side then tape a few pieces of paper together and place it behind the tank to help u determine if its the wall

I can see the tank from the side. I did a video in the tank with my GoPro to feed my bass and that's when I truly saw the yellow. I'll have to upload it.

1 x a week. That's what I do on all my tanks
Percentage wise.

At least you have plans to build a pond. I see too many 14"+ pangasius on classifieds being given away

That species should grow over 4 foot.

Oddly enough I have a school of 6 in a outdoor 2000g aquaponic res and 2 of the six have only broke 12in in 3 years. I think they are runts granted. i feed them well and they live in very low nitrate water but no growth.:(

Oh it's at least 30% each time. I like the catfish. I have an upside down catfish in the tank too. Both were my originals.
Well that isnt too bad. I do 50 always.

That is unusual

Have you tried different lighting? I have a tank where the water appears blue because of lighting but I have had them look yellow from it. Take a cup of tank water out into the sunlight and see how it looks.
