Just like the title says.
I used to swim quite a bit, and want to get back into it.
I do still swim on occasion, I just get bored with it easily and therefore am looking to purchase something that enables me to listen to music while swimming.
Also waterproof headphone recommendations as well, since the reviews are all over the place when I looked.

I like the idea of the shuffle with no case, but that one makes me a bit nervous.

Anyone with personal experience is a big help, so please chime in.

Also rather would have something that works well and sounds good over just saving a few bucks, since I will be using it frequently.

Check out finis.. I've used one of theirs and it worked pretty good

I've actually looked at those before, and they look pretty good at least the concept does and makes sense vs. headphones

I guess what I kind of am wondering is how hard it is to create an airtight seal otherwise for headphones, as the ipods are more user friendly.

For cases, have you looked at Pelican? I have the i1010 case for my camera. It fits perfect, although the case is designed for ipods.
