Way more expensive than fish!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
got a 73 dodge dart swinger sittin in my drive way. 74k original miles, i bought it at 54k from the original owner. engine completely rebuilt. almost no rust and no dents except for one.
unfortunatly an illegal mexican backed into it and put a huge dent on the front and of course they ran.
and yes we know it was an illegal mexican. they know who did it but cant get them.
have to get it reupholstered get very min. rust fixed. also needs a new battery. other than that its doin pretty good.

I loved the way they restyled to 2010 mustang EXCEPT FOR THE BUTT! The *** on my car is so ugly I back it into parking spots so I don't have to look at it. :nilly:

Sydicate, sweet ride! Still not as sexy as mine though. :D[/QUOTE]

Totally agreed, i thought i was the only one who felt this wy, the hood is much better with the cowl look but I dont know what they were thinking about the rear, although I have gotten accustomed to it but the first time I saw it I was surprised that no one commented on the drastic change to the rear. I'm more of a GM person, I feel like the new hood was an imitation of the camaros but if you can't beat em join em lol.

Need PICS! And my '67 had it's fair share of dents and rust when I got it. Nothing a little bodywork and paint can't fix. I got really lucky with mine, the interior was perfect and all original.

Work in progress shot!

Sweet, either of them yours? I'm getting over my car's ugly butt. The stripe helps, and I think a fatter set of wheels will do wonders.

Anyone else got something amazing hiding under a cover? I'd love to see it.

What does MFK have hiding in the garage? Something besides fish tanks? Let's see what all the LFS impulse buys are driven home in.

When we got my summer ride home, it didn't fit in our garage. From September through May it sits winterized in a storage unit.

Truck is also in a storage unit under its specially made cover.

But thanks to our pacu who keep growing, we get a new tank and fish room in the old garage, and a 40' x 28' garage for boat, car, truck. Just got the plans from the engineer today. We meet with the contractor tomorrow. At this point it's hard to say which is the most expensive--the toys or the fish. Had to refinance the house for the big build--didn't have to do that for the toys.
