WC Amphilophus amarillos progression thread

Very very nice Amarillo's!! I just ordered a group from Dan at COA... not wild caught tho. I hope mine are as nice and def keep us posted on the progression. I'm hoping to get one really nice male out of the group!!

Thanks Drew, I'll keep you guys updated on any spawnings. These guys do have nice yellows especially the smaller ones, although I think I would prefer big nuchal humps like you described yours. Care to share any pictures of yours??

These are long overdue for your request.
The picture quality is D grade at best. Sorry about that. But I was told a wired sorry about where mine came from... Not sure now about their lineage... but they are beautiful. Wish they had the blue eyes like yours still any news on fry yet?

I see what you meant by "stupid big hump" now lol!!! Looking really good, I'm not sure if mine will develop a hump like that one but I got my fingers crossed. We'll see.

No spawning as of yet, but they seem to be getting along very well so I'm sure it will happen very soon. Thanks for sharing.

they are babies still. But Looks like it will happen eventually and soon.
