THanks Ken! I have not shared much because there has not been much difference in my fish from the pics already up here, but they are starting to change. Once I move a bunch around there will be a lot more pics coming… THese 2 are very interesting to me because it seems there are not many Bahia that look like them!
 
HAYN & HULON- Strickly for educational purposes, what are the 2 of you thinking of these now they are about 8 inches & look like they do? R they still F1 or captive bred in your opinion like you thought before?
 
Always hard to tell on the wc...cb thing by looks. But those look more wc each update. I hate to admit but I guess I was wrong in the beginning. NIce kelberi regaurdless tomka.
 
I agree. I remember when I started out & was buying up lots of cichla. I got hit hard with the fever. Many it appears were misrepresented by the sellers as WC, but I agree with you gangster, it looks like I might have a "gold mine" here… excuse the pun!

IMO, they dont look like your typical CB bahia. Not saying theyre WC but they deff dont look like your everyday bahia.

I think I remember people posting on here about the sao fran Kels that were so beautiful came from a "particular batch" that Shark Aquarium had. Nothing else could compare to them from what I have heard & seen... I like to think this might be one of those "particular batches"!
