I'm going to derail this thread,Have you seen my thread on Arapaimaman needs help ? 3 guys from MFK's are helping me out on getting My 15,000 up and running. It's awesome,Theses guys are giving up their weekend time to help me. Check out the pic's.

Yes I have seen the thread and pictures, Your 15,000 Gallon tank is amazing. I just had a 4000 gallon built by WaterDog Products for customer and there work is great. I still have those Arapima for you there is two left around 48" each in our pond. Good luck and get those permits soon.
