Sorry for the delayed response, I'm on a third shift schedule. I appreciate all the positive opinions of this fish.

qguy, he was caught in a Lake Nicaragua tributary called Rio Panama. I haven't put a tape up to him yet but estimate he is between 9-10".

cich78, thanks. He loves the bio gold as his staple. I also mix in some NLS large fish formula and the occasional Massivore pellet.

Freshwaterpredators, I purchased him from Jeff Rapps. I asked for a male so Jeff took the time to select one for me.

Ok great, I assumed that's where you might have gotten him from. I've been debating on getting some for the last month. Only problem is I already have a lil male:/
