25.00 from me the same night I paid I started looking at his other ads and figured this was a scam and called paypal right away. Paypal held my money in his account and then refunded me.
Dudes, I just googled him. He's been a busy boy. He's scammed people across multiple sites not just fishy ones. But...I did find this post:

The number is from TX but other posts have him currently in Ashdown, Arkansas.

I think you guys would do well to sit down, write up a letter detailing the fraud, and then all send in your information together to the sheriff to their internet crimes division. This kid is a serious d-bag who looks like the kind of person that would be traded in prison for cigarettes and snack cakes so I wish you luck in bringing him to justice. And hopefully soon he will be the FISH being sold. lol

I think that everyone would be better reporting everything as individuals. That way if there are more complaints filled with Paypal, the Police, and the FBI more flags will go up on this D Bag. And yes I did say FBI if your going to do it might as well go all out.

There seems to be plenty of advice on how to handle this situation correctly along with the pitchforks and torch mob. I urge members who have any involvement in this situation to contact local authorities as it seems that this person has a traceable record and contact your bank and/or paypal to refund your money. Other than that, threats and trash talking does nothing for the situation.
