We have eggs!! again

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a feeling you won't have a hard time getting rid of these off spring. The dad as I have said before is unbelievable but the mom probably looked like a male til she started laying eggs. Has the nice big build to her kind of like the female I gave to rwellbaum. We thought she was a he for 4 months til she colored up to spawn. Soon you will have a swarm of Dovii fry just make sure to feed them well and limit flow in the tank. If you have power heads I recommend removing them, from experience the fry can't swim in their strong currents.

ye she is a little thicker. i dont have any power heads but am waiting until they hatch to cover up the filter intake with foam. i dont want to stress them out too much before the eggs hatch

i should still be feeding them regular right? probably slow down on the water changes to not stress them out?
