  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
thanks for the kind words guys. Im just glad i lived to see another day.

That building meant a lot of things to me. I actually had my first job at the world trade center.
I would also meet my wife there after work. I did a lot of holiday shopping there and the surrounding stores ( it was close to work ) years before it collapsed. I still go to downtown nyc every couple of months just to see the progress. :(

As for Delgado , he just needs a good kick in the grapes. Dont mind him.

dels not being mean thats a true fact america started thinking nothing bad can happen and it did, we should always be prepared for the worst

nobody said he was being mean...just de-threading was all...

IMO if you are remembering or mourning 911 - last thing you wanna hear about is another possible attack.

many people are still sad and greiving about this...

exactly

now that we have been struck in the heart (mainland america, instead of an island in the middle of the pacific) the sleeping giant has once again awaken, this time hopefully he will stay awake and alert.

We must not forget that great suffering was not only brought to the US but subsequently also to other countries, where to this day and for the foreseeable future civilians and soldiers die on a daily basis. That total body count must not be forgotten, either.

Furthermore, not only lives but also liberties ended on 9/11. Another tragic loss in the Land of the Free and all over the Western World.

Exactly. The US of A unfortunately will never be the same.
I had just got out of the military in April of '01 and couldn't find a job. Once 9/11 hit I finally got hired and lemme tell you, sometimes ignorance is bliss. After all the deployments and everything I've witnessed I am paranoid as hell. I even lie awake at night and think up game plans in case something happens while I'm in bed. No one, no matter what country you live in should have to think of things like that. And don't get me started on unattended bags/briefcases.:nilly:

My heart goes out to all the people that have been affected by this tragedy.
