Very unrelated, but I think BU has a really good ichthyology/marine biology research program that has ties with many fish keepers. I remember the owner of Tropic Isle (in Framingham MA) used to be a professor at BU. I dunno if these facts have anything to do with the ruling, but it's just cool to know (and one of the reasons I applied to BU for college admissions).
