rainbow aro?
either way,his tank params dont really matter right now if it was dying in the bag.
maybe something got into the bag?
the aro might have been stressed when you were catching it and putting it into the bag?
something dangerous got into the bag?

After he poured his tank water in the tank he noticed it sitting at the bottom of the bag...

I think his tank params do matter, especially if it was already stressed and stiff

Well I thought it was a silver Arowana at first but the worker at the store I bought it from said it was a "rainbow" but I'm guessing that it might be another slang term for it. But I think that it could have been due to the poor packaging of the fish because the bag they put him in had a hole and it wasn't new either it was just lying on the table. My other peacock bass and Oscars are doing fine in the water and I just retested and my water has no ammonial, no nitrites, and about the first level of nitrate. pH is about neutral and water temp is about 75. What's good params for arowanas?
My camera is charging battery but it looks just like this:

That is a common silver arwoana. Without knowing the parameters of the water in the bag no conclusion can be drawn as too acclimation.

It would be hard to say what was exactly the cause.

I do not believe you can save it, at that point..

Your water is a tad too cold, imo....

i think he said on the way home it became stiff in the bag?

well if you can find a pro in the next few hours you might be able to save it...maybe Koji?
